This independent department headed by an experienced and qualified Assistant Professor Dr. Saira Rahim is established in line with PM&DC guide line to address the demands of medical education and training in rapidly changing health care system. The department primarily focuses on activities that promote and support the development and functions of faculty as educators and students as a learner.
The main activities of this department are as follows:
- Curriculum development
- Integration of teaching of various subjects
- Training protocols for students
- Career counselling
- Development of procedural skills
- Development of skill lab
- Clinical-pathological workshops/seminars/ conferences to promote CME both for faculty and students.
