Upon successful completion of the FCPS training program at PRCMDC, the postgraduate trainee will be able to:

  • Demonstrate advanced and evidence-based knowledge of the specialty Perform comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, and management across a wide range of clinical scenarios.
  • Execute technical and procedural skills relevant to the specialty safely and effectively.
  • Prioritize patient safety and adhere to national clinical guidelines and institutional protocols.
  1. Medical Knowledge
  • Apply in-depth understanding of basic, clinical, and applied sciences relevant to the specialty.
  • Integrate current literature and emerging evidence into clinical practice.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with principles of pharmacology, pathology, and diagnostics related to the specialty.

  • Uphold high standards of ethical practice, confidentiality, and patient rights.
  • Demonstrate accountability, integrity, and respect in all professional interactions.
  • Apply the principles of Islamic ethics and Pakistan Medical & Dental Council’s Code of Conduct.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, and the healthcare team.
